False advertising.
1: Not epic. 'Epic' is defined as 'heroic or grand in scale or character.' or 'particularly impressive or remarkable.' which this isn't. It's a single screenshot set to 10 seconds of
2: Not true vectoring. You used MS Paint. I can tell because the brush tool uses anti-aliasing for the outlines, which when you use the fill tool to add colour, causes artifacts left behind from said anti-aliasing. The text and image are however slightly scaled and rotated, so technically it is, but definitely not 'epic'. But for authenticity, actually draw it using Scratch's vector tools. Or maybe trace over what you already drew.
